5. Core Exchange Policy

Certain products may be sold on a core exchange basis.

  • A refundable core charge may be added at purchase
  • Core must be returned within 15 days to qualify for refund
  • Returned cores must be:
    • Complete
    • Not cracked, welded beyond repair, or severely damaged
  • We reserve the right to deny or reduce core credit if the core is not rebuildable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage in transit
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment

7. Returns & Refunds

  • New, unused items may be returned within 15 days
  • Reconditioned, custom, or repaired items are final sale unless defective
  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

8. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Reconditioned parts may have limited or no warranty unless stated
  • All products are provided “as is” unless otherwise specified
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all equipment

9. Liability Waiver 

By purchasing or using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Marine components are subject to extreme stress and operating conditions
  • Improper installation, misuse, impact damage, or operating conditions beyond intended use may result in equipment failure, property damage, injury, or death

    • Damage to vessels, engines, or related equipment
    • Personal injury or loss resulting from use or misuse of products
    • Failures due to improper installation or application
