1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Custom, reconditioned, or repair items may require additional processing time
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package size and weight
    • Destination
    • Carrier rates
  • We primarily ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Freight shipping may be required for larger or heavy items

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Carrier issues
    • Weather conditions
    • High shipping volume

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.


4. Freight & Large Item Shipments

  • Large or heavy items (such as lower units or multiple propellers) may ship via freight carrier
  • Customer may be required to:
    • Be present for delivery
    • Inspect shipment upon arrival
    • Sign for delivery

Any damage must be noted at time of delivery


5. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
    • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • If a package is lost in transit:
    • Contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Delays
    • Lost packages
    • Additional fees due to incorrect addresses

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.


7. Risk of Loss

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they are shipped and in the possession of the carrier.


8. Core Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping cores back to us
  • Cores must be returned:
    • Within 30 days
    • In the same crate or equivalent packaging

Failure to properly package cores may result in denied core credit.


9. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available by appointment
  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready
